Since one of my closest friends is moving to a very cold place, we have decided to run the Dish as many times as we can until she leaves. Yesterday we ran in the morning before indulging in doughnuts from Psycho Donuts.
And with donuts probably negating the running, I opted to challenge myself to a VIPR and Tae Bo class after spending the afternoon working on the job search.
This brings us to toughen up Tuesday. One would think that amount of working out might be enough, but I am nothing of not a glutton for punishment. Also, I have found that working out everyday while searching for a job makes me feel better.
So today I headed to the gym and did Jillian Michael’s ellipitical workout (modified to another machine other than stairmaster as two machines were broken and other two occupied) before Barre Burn. My legs were burning and shaking during Barre Burn, which felt great. And I left Equinox feeling a little well tougher.
