Last summer, I spent a good amount of time with my girlfriend at her river house. One of our favorite past times there was whipping up a fresh meal like a pizza on the grill. When we were prepping the food for the grill we noticed that the brand new knives that she had bought for the river house were distinctly different from the knives that we each had at home – they were sharp!
It was a wonder to slice things with a sharp knife, much easier in fact. Fast forward to the end of last year when I discovered that on Thursdays a gentleman comes to Bianchini’s and sharpens knives while you shop.
I finally got our knives sharpened last week for only $28! It was well worth it. I cannot believe the difference that it makes in prepping foods for cooking. I will definitely be keeping my knives sharp now.
