As I continue my job search, I have been inspired to have many video chats with friends that are too far away to see in person. There are certainly times when the search seems overwhelming yet I am also trying to find the space to not over commit.
Last week, I was inspired by a friend who I met in passing several years ago at a seminar. Who knew that drawing photos of each other across the room (an assignment in the seminar) would turn into a friendship.
She is one of the folks that inspired me to start my own blog as her blog is always inspiring. Last week we had a wonderful video chat where we talked about the importance of having a routine while also using the space that we have in our life. She wrote a great post about some conversations she had with others about similar topics.
