For Christmas, my in-laws gave me an awesome purple Cuisinart mini-prep. Yes, purple, which surprised my husband as well, but when you send the link of exactly what you want, well sometimes you get just that.
The mini-prep that my mom had given me many moons ago was on its last leg, so it was time for an update as I wanted to be able to whip up simple sauces and dips quickly.
I made a delicious Lemon Parmesan & Parsley Pasta using this nifty new gadget. I added a bit of sauteed Italian chicken sausage to the pasta for some extra protein.



I love my mini Cuisinart and use it way more often than my large one. Love the vibrant purple color of your mini. Is that a color you have throughout your kitchen?
It is fabulous! I decided I could live without the big one for now. Red is actually much more prominent in our decor as I have a red KitchenAid stand mixer and tea kettle.
