When I started to think about blogging, I always thought it would have to do with running. The more that I wrote, I discovered that I would rather share about traveling, food and the art of enjoying life. With that in mind, I renamed the blog Escape. Eat. Enjoy. Running is one of the many activities that brings me joy, other include traveling, yoga, reading, cooking and more. I love to cook and am constantly on the hunt for delicious new recipes, but I also enjoy a good meal out. My favorite finds are restaurants specializing in locally sourced foods for the best flavor – tasty delights from around town. Looking forward to sharing my adventures, food finds, and other joys.
