- 2 cups sweet onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- salt, pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Heat olive oil and caramelize onion. Cool slightly then add to yogurt and vinegar. Stir. Season with salt and pepper. Let rest in fridge for an hour or so for flavors to mingle. Serve with chips. I like the salt and cracked pepper Kettle chips.
