You probably know by now that I LOVE to cook. And, I happen to also enjoy baking quite a lot, oh yah and chocolate too, so I thought this would be the perfect way to finish off my week. I tried to invite D or another friend, but ended up going solo and it was sooooooo much fun.
Executive Pastry Chef Joel Gonzalez III and his sous chef did an outstanding job of showing us how to use chocolate in many different ways. I was grateful that they had done some of the leg work for us (aka measuring everything out).
