This is my second post as part of the Travel Tuesday linkup with Compass Rose. Apparently I have been a bit busy as this is also my second post in a week. The topic for this post has been on my mind a lot lately as I ramped up my training for the half-marathon in November.
Training gives me a plan for exercise, but a plan is only good for me with a goal that is exciting. I have trained for probably 6 half-marathons at this point, maybe more. I have lost count. Several years ago, I trained for 3 in less than a year. That was probably too many for me and I pretty much quit running cold turkey.
